What you will do

• Act as a thought leader via blogging, social media, and speaking engagements to build brand reputation.
• Represent the company at industry conferences and trade shows to demonstrate thought leadership in cybersecurity.
• Collaborate with executive leadership, product, and engineering teams to create content that drives demand for HRM+ products.
• Develop and deliver compelling webinars and presentations to increase awareness and acceptance of company solutions.
• Build strategic relationships with external vendors to amplify the company's security messaging.
• Analyze current security issues and provide feedback and content for various target audiences.

Requirements

• Fluent in Japanese.
• Proven experience in information security and public speaking/media interviews.
• Ability to explain technical security concepts to both practitioners and high-level executives.
• Experience using social media to engage a professional audience.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a relevant field (preferred).
• CISSP or similar certification (preferred).
