What you will do

• Manage day-to-day technical support and operations of the Salesforce platform.
• Implement and maintain integrations between Salesforce and Slack using APIs.
• Develop, maintain, and optimize system code and handle incoming feature requests.
• Translate complex business requirements into scalable technical solutions.
• Manage specific Salesforce modules, including Sales and Support.
• Take ownership of CRM automation processes to improve organizational efficiency.

Requirements

• Hands-on experience with Salesforce operation, customization, and integrations.
• Proficiency in Apex development.
• Strong experience with API integrations, specifically Salesforce to Slack.
• Ability to analyze business needs and design technical architectures.
• Experience thriving in fast-paced startup environments.
• Location: Must be based in Tel Aviv

Nice to have

• Experience building Salesforce-based portals.
• Familiarity with Service Cloud, Agentforce, or Einstein AI.
• Experience with third-party automation tools such as Make or Zapier.
