Salesforce & GenAI Builder (Salesforce/GenAI): Designing and implementing solutions on the Salesforce platform and architecting GenAI-powered systems to transform business processes with an accent on CRM scalability and AI integration. Focus on developing custom Salesforce components, automating workflows via flows, and integrating LLMs to accelerate development and operational efficiency.

Location: Hybrid (Tel Aviv, Israel)

What you will do

  • Design and develop custom Salesforce solutions, including Flows, Lightning Components, and Apex classes/triggers.
  • Architect and implement GenAI-powered solutions on Salesforce, Google platform, and other business application platforms.
  • Integrate Salesforce with third-party systems, GenAI services, and APIs using REST and SOAP.
  • Translate global business processes, challenges, and goals into scalable technical solutions.
  • Provide architectural guidance to ensure the reliability and performance of the Salesforce environment.
  • Maintain code quality and ensure development best practices are followed.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field.
  • 2+ years of hands-on experience as a Salesforce implementer or business analyst.
  • Strong proficiency with Salesforce flows and platform architecture.
  • Experience with Salesforce integrations using REST and SOAP APIs.
  • Knowledge of GenAI tools, including prompt engineering, LLM models, and AI-assisted development.
  • Must be based in Tel Aviv for a hybrid work arrangement.

Nice to have

  • Development experience in Apex, JavaScript, Python, or similar.
  • Knowledge of SQL and SOQL.
  • Relevant Salesforce certifications.
