What you will do

  • Design and deliver virtual and in-person enablement sessions for partners across EMEA, covering sales positioning and implementation workflows.
  • Manage partner onboarding programs from initial contract signing through to final certification.
  • Develop and maintain automated onboarding paths for low-touch partner tiers (ambassador, referral).
  • Track training completion and engagement metrics to report partner readiness to stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with Sales Engineers and Growth Managers to refine product positioning based on real-world customer interactions.
  • Represent the company at partner events across EMEA, delivering sessions on best practices and product knowledge.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in training delivery, partner enablement, or sales enablement within a SaaS or technology company.
  • Proven ability to design and deliver engaging live training sessions to external audiences.
  • Strong understanding of sales processes and the ability to translate technical knowledge for non-technical audiences.
  • Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
  • Must be based in Berlin, Germany.
  • Experience working cross-functionally with sales, partnerships, and product teams.

Nice to have

  • Experience in the hospitality, retail, or POS/payments industry.
  • Experience with LMS platforms, training automation tools, or learner communities.
  • Background in channel/partner ecosystems and tiered partner models.
  • Proficiency in an additional European language.
