What you will do

• Design, implement, and support AVEVA PI System solutions including PI Server, Asset Framework (AF), PI Vision, and Connectors.
• Develop PI AF models, templates, hierarchies, and analytics to support specific business use cases.
• Create and deploy PI Vision dashboards for operations, engineering, and management teams.
• Integrate SCADA/DCS, MES, and other manufacturing equipment into the PI System.
• Perform system upgrades, patching, backups, and architecture optimization.
• Ensure data quality, metadata standards, and regulatory compliance with ALCOA+, Part 11, and Annex 11.

Requirements

• Proficiency in PI AF, PI Vision, PI Interfaces, and PI Data Archive.
• Experience integrating manufacturing systems (SCADA/DCS, MES) into PI.
• Strong knowledge of regulated pharmaceutical manufacturing and GxP requirements.
• Proven experience ensuring compliance with ALCOA+, Part 11, and Annex 11 standards.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills in process-data analytics.
