What you will do

• Scale high-budget campaigns across various geos and verticals to hit revenue and ROI targets.
• Develop and execute media buying strategies and validate new traffic sources.
• Lead, mentor, and set KPIs for a team of mediabuyers.
• Manage relationships with partners and networks to secure better margins and exclusive deals.
• Optimize internal workflows and campaign structures for better scalability.

Requirements

• 4-6+ years of experience in media buying or performance marketing.
• Proven track record of managing high-spend campaigns profitably.
• Experience in team management or mentoring.
• Strong analytical skills and deep understanding of performance metrics.
• Fluent in English (written and spoken).
• Must be based in Serbia.

Nice to have

• Experience in affiliate marketing.
• Proficiency with multiple traffic sources such as Meta, Native, and Display.
• Deep knowledge of CPM, CPC, CPL, and CPA models.
• Experience with BI tools and custom tracking dashboards.
