What you will do

• Design and develop new features for iPaaS and APIM platforms, ensuring scalability and performance in a 24x7 environment.
• Architect and build robust, scalable distributed systems and multi-tenant SaaS capabilities.
• Implement and maintain highly available systems on Kubernetes with auto-scaling for nodes.
• Develop applications using Kafka (Producer, Consumer, Streams API) and AWS serverless technologies.
• Build and manage CI/CD pipelines and integrate containerization technologies for automation.
• Collaborate with stakeholders in an Agile environment, conduct peer code reviews, and mentor junior engineers.

Requirements

• Master's degree with 5 years of experience or Bachelor's degree with 7 years of experience in Software Engineering.
• 5+ years of experience as a Technical Lead building large-scale distributed applications.
• Proven experience in building multi-tenant SaaS applications and cloud-based microservices architectures.
• Proficiency in Java, JavaScript, CSS, HTML, and RDBMS (SQL Server, MySQL, or Oracle).
• Hands-on experience with AWS services, Docker, and Kubernetes.
• Experience presenting sprint demos to both technical and non-technical teams.
