Salary: 115,000 - 200,000 USD Annual (adjusted for CA, NY Metro, Seattle; plus annual bonus)

What you will do

• Lead cross-functional teams through Agile lifecycle, including sprint planning, standups, reviews, and backlog grooming.
• Provide technical leadership for iOS and Android app development, implementing new technologies and migrating teams.
• Mentor developers, influence architects, designers, and product managers to deliver high-quality features.
• Ensure compliance with architecture, security standards, and maintain technology roadmap.
• Troubleshoot production issues, perform root cause analysis, and provide 24x7 on-call support.
• Collaborate with vendors and provide use cases for AI to enhance developer workflows.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree + 4 years software engineering experience or High School Diploma/GED + 6 years.
• Mobile app development experience with iOS and Android using object-oriented design patterns.
• Ability and flexibility to travel for business as required.
• Experience managing software development teams.
• Strong technical skills in SwiftUI/Swift/UIKit, Kotlin/Jetpack Compose preferred.

Nice to have

• Experience with library/framework distribution, CI/CD, unit/integration tests.
• Knowledge of JSON/REST/XML web services, mobile industry trends.
• Financial applications development, scripting/automation, cross-functional leadership.
