TL;DR

Product Manager (SaaS): Driving customer and commercial value for beauty industry SaaS products with an accent on end-to-end product management and commercial growth. Focus on developing product strategies, conducting market analysis, and optimizing usage and revenue through a test-and-iterate approach.

Location: Remote within New Zealand. Must be legally entitled to work in New Zealand.

What you will do

  • Define and deliver a customer-led product strategy aligned with business goals.
  • Identify market trends and innovation opportunities to drive growth.
  • Develop strategy documents including use cases, requirements, ROI, and revenue projections.
  • Manage products end-to-end from research and ideation to launch and continuous improvement.
  • Collaborate with Engineering, Marketing, and Operations to implement product strategies.
  • Lead build-vs-buy decisions and mitigate product risks across the lifecycle.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of Product Management experience, preferably in SaaS or B2B.
  • Proven track record of driving product roadmaps focused on customer outcomes and high ROI.
  • Experience in market analysis, segmentation, and identifying growth opportunities.
  • Ability to calculate and interpret ROI and other financial performance metrics.
  • Proficiency in A/B testing, user segmentation, and cohort analysis.
  • Legal entitlement to work in New Zealand is required.
