What you will do

• Implement SEO/AEO recommendations across assigned university partner websites, focusing on on-page optimization, content updates, and technical SEO tasks
• Conduct regular content audits to identify optimization opportunities, gaps, and alignment with search demand
• Execute on-page SEO improvements including metadata, internal linking, content structure, and keyword alignment
• Support technical SEO by identifying issues, validating fixes, and collaborating with engineering teams
• Review UX and cross-linking on .EDU properties to improve discoverability for prospective students
• Monitor organic performance trends and support reporting on traffic, rankings, and leads
• Collaborate with SEO managers and cross-functional teams for accurate implementation
• Maintain documentation, workflows, and optimization standards

Requirements

• 2–4 years of hands-on SEO experience executing on-page, content, and technical SEO across multiple websites or complex sites
• Proven ability to identify optimization opportunities and execute recommendations improving organic performance
• Strong written and verbal communication skills for collaborating with managers and cross-functional partners
• Familiarity with SEO performance measurement and reporting using analytics and SEO platforms

Nice to have

• Familiarity with SEO for AI-driven, generative, or answer-based search experiences
• Experience evaluating UX and navigation for internal linking opportunities
• Experience in higher education or multi-brand ecosystems
