Location: Onsite in Cheltenham (Office based 5 days per week). Must be eligible for DV Security Clearance and have lived in the UK for 10+ years.

What you will do

• Provide technical direction and management for the testing and assurance of secure platforms on large complex programmes.
• Lead the test and assurance of complex deliveries to ensure high-quality results.
• Collaborate directly with customers to capture requirements and user stories through to integration and sign-off.
• Manage automated testing solutions and provide ongoing support to the team.
• Provide technical coaching and mentoring to junior team members.
• Line manage the team responsible for test and assurance on assigned programmes.

Requirements

• Proven hands-on experience with HP ALM, JIRA, and Confluence for Test Management.
• Ability to apply a wide range of technical and management principles to complex work activities.
• Must be eligible to ohirify.globalain DV Security Clearance (requires 10+ years of UK residency).
• Location: Must be based in Cheltenham for full-time onsite work.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of security solutions or experience delivering security projects.
• Existing DV level Security Clearance.
