What you will do

• Design and develop scalable ETL/ELT pipelines for large volumes of structured and unstructured data.
• Build event-driven architectures for real-time data processing and system integration.
• Manage cloud infrastructure and optimize Python code for data ingestion, transformation, and orchestration.
• Collaborate in agile teams with data scientists, analysts, and engineers to deliver iterative solutions.
• Implement data quality practices, monitoring, compliance, and performance optimizations.
• Mentor juniors, document designs, and share knowledge.

Requirements

• Experience as Data Engineer with focus on data pipelines and cloud solutions.
• Advanced Python for data processing, scripting, automation.
• Hands-on with Databricks or Snowflake, ETL/ELT tools like Airflow or AWS Glue.
• Real-time pipelines with event-driven frameworks, agile methodologies.
• SQL optimization, relational/non-relational databases, data modeling.
• CI/CD, version control, infrastructure as code; strong analytical and communication skills.
