What you will do

• Act as the senior authority on product security, driving secure architecture and engineering best practices.
• Lead complex security architecture initiatives across business units in collaboration with engineers and platform teams.
• Deliver advanced threat modeling, secure design reviews, and risk assessments for high-impact systems.
• Drive critical risk remediation and vulnerability management, including root cause analysis.
• Embed security throughout the full product lifecycle and provide technical expertise during incident response.
• Mentor teams and shape standards, metrics, and strategy to improve product security maturity.

Requirements

• Extensive hands-on experience in the Secure Development Lifecycle (SDLC), including threat modeling and secure coding.
• Deep expertise in modern applications, cloud, platforms, and distributed services.
• Proven track record as a senior individual contributor delivering scalable solutions to high-risk problems.
• Ability to translate complex security risks into actionable outcomes while balancing business constraints.
• Strong communication skills to align engineering and product teams without direct authority.
• Experience mentoring and driving secure engineering practices across diverse teams.
