What you will do

• Produce high-quality technical products including standard operating manuals, intelligence reports, and technical manuals.
• Collaborate with intelligence, technical, and operational teams to refine production workflows and meet mission needs.
• Perform end-to-end content generation, from initial drafting to formal document reviews and finalization.
• Manage document version control, tracking, reporting, and archiving per customer regulations.
• Coordinate quality peer reviews and organize complex integrated document delivery schedules.

Requirements

• Active TS/SCI Clearance with Polygraph.
• Bachelor’s degree and 0-4 years of experience in technical writing.
• Strong expertise in technical editing, grammar, and formatting for clarity and effectiveness.
• Experience writing SOPs, user manuals, and briefing materials for diverse audiences.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and Adobe tools.
• Must be based in or be able to work on-site in Reston, VA.

Nice to have

• Desktop publishing experience.
• Ability to create technical drawings, graphics, and figures.
• Knowledge of professional technical writing style guides.
• Previous experience with written products for the IC, military, or government agencies.
