What you will do

• Guide the technical implementation of a large-scale, cross-platform React Native mobile application.
• Develop key product differentiators across an application featuring 150+ modular packages.
• Implement and optimize offline-first capabilities and native integrations.
• Architect and design modular mobile applications to ensure scalability and performance.
• Collaborate with the engineering team to solve complex technical challenges.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in mobile application development.
• 5+ years of professional experience with React Native.
• Expert-level programming experience in TypeScript.
• Strong experience with Redux, Redux Saga, and complex state management patterns.
• Solid understanding of both iOS and Android platform fundamentals.
• Must be based in the United States to qualify for the specified salary range and benefits.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of Expo and EAS for OTA updates and build management.
• Experience developing native modules in Swift and Kotlin.
• Familiarity with Fastlane for CI/CD and app store deployment.
• Experience with hardware integrations such as printers, barcode scanners, and GPS tracking.
• Experience with offline-first architectures and Redux Persist.
