What you will do

• Design, build, and maintain SQL-based data models and transformations using dbt, integrating SAP, logistics, and planning tools.
• Develop scalable data pipelines with data quality tests, documentation, and governance for inventory, demand, supply, logistics, and procurement.
• Build AI-driven forecasting, inventory optimization, and supply-risk models using regression, clustering, anomaly detection, and statistical techniques.
• Analyze working capital, inventory levels, lead times, and costs to propose reduction strategies and scenario models.
• Conduct deep-dive analyses on material flow, capacity, and MRP exceptions; create real-time dashboards and reports.
• Partner with planners, operations leaders, and support new product launches and continuous improvement projects.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree required; MBA or CPIM/CSCP preferred.
• 2-5 years in supply chain, materials management, logistics, operations research, or analytics.
• Experience with PowerBI, SAP (MM/PP required; MRP, BOM, inventory preferred).
• Strong problem-solving focused on cost, working capital, and optimization.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for global manufacturing plants and senior management.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and ERP/MRP software; flexible hours and 20%+ travel.

Nice to have

• AI concepts, predictive modeling, or statistical analysis experience.
• Understanding of Automotive and Commercial Vehicle industry.
• APICS, Six Sigma, or Lean Certification.
