What you will do

• Lead RF-related NFC system validation projects in cross-functional teams focused on mobile products.
• Plan, track, execute, report, and debug validation tasks in global product development.
• Optimize RF performance of contactless products per ISO/IEC 14443, NFC Forum, EMVCo standards, interoperability, and requirements.
• Enhance RF validation workflows for better quality, coverage, and execution times with test automation experts.
• Provide technical inputs for customer support and design-in activities.

Requirements

• Master's degree in electrical engineering, communications, information engineering, or similar.
• At least 3-5 years of work experience in RF.
• Understanding of RF communication systems (modulation, coding; transmitter/receiver architecture a plus).
• Software skills: MatLab, Python.
• Experience with simulation tools (e.g., ADS, RFSim) a plus.
• Well-organized, accurate working style with good documentation skills.
• Excellent command of written and spoken English.
