What you will do

• Design, develop and execute test strategies and plans covering functional, regression, integration, performance and end-to-end testing for web-based trading GUI.
• Build and maintain automated test suites using Playwright or similar, ensuring coverage of critical trading workflows.
• Perform API testing (REST, WebSocket) and load testing to validate integrations, data integrity and performance under realistic conditions.
• Identify, track defects in Jira and contribute to CI/CD by integrating automated tests.
• Collaborate with developers, analysts and stakeholders in agile sprints, support UAT and analyse legacy GUI for migration.
• Maintain QA documentation, test cases and quality metrics.

Requirements

• Good English communication skills for remote collaboration
• Several years in QA or test engineering, ideally in financial markets or real-time domains
• Strong test automation for web apps (Playwright or similar)
• Experience with real-time apps (WebSockets, streaming, low-latency), API testing (Postman etc.), performance tools (JMeter)
• Agile experience, defect tracking (Jira), web architecture knowledge
• Analytical mindset, attention to detail

• JavaScript/TypeScript knowledge
