What you will do

• Design and maintain test automation for client, backend, and integration layers of live mobile games.
• Build internal testing tools, harnesses, and simulators to increase team velocity.
• Audit and optimize testing processes to eliminate manual work and flaky feedback loops.
• Validate experimentation setups, feature flags, and analytics instrumentation.
• Partner with developers to improve testability and coach on test-driven approaches.
• Support CI/CD pipelines and participate in incident analysis and post-mortems.

Requirements

• 5+ years of professional experience in QA/quality engineering for software or games.
• Strong coding skills for production-quality automation and internal tooling.
• Deep knowledge of QA methodologies and test design.
• Proven experience building testing infrastructure and frameworks.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent practical experience.
• Location: Must be based in Lisbon, Portugal
