TL;DR
Quality Assurance Analyst: Managing and tracking test cases and defects throughout the full testing lifecycle with an accent on production incident analysis and UAT processes. Location: Must be based in Portugal with Portuguese or EU citizenship, or a valid work permit. Hybrid work model (2 days/week in Lisbon) required.

What you will do
- Manage and track test cases and defects using Jira and Xray.
- Analyze production incidents and anomalies to identify root causes.
- Collaborate with business teams to validate functional outcomes through UAT.
- Articulate quality findings and functional gaps to technical and business stakeholders.
- Support corrective actions throughout the testing lifecycle.
Requirements
- 5 years of experience as a Quality Assurance Analyst.
- Fluency in French (B2 level).
- Must be based in Portugal with valid work authorization (Portuguese/EU citizenship or permit).
- Availability for a hybrid work model (2 days/week in Lisbon).
- Proficiency in Jira and Xray.
- Strong communication skills for stakeholder management.
