TL;DR

Location: Must reside in Romania, hybrid working at client’s offices for 3 days per week in Bucharest, Romania

What you will do
- Design engaging digital experiences for email and web, including layouts, templates, and components using tools like Knak.
- Create and optimise digital assets such as website designs, print materials (brochures, posters), and content edits.
- Ensure designs meet accessibility, responsiveness, usability, brand guidelines, compliance, and quality standards.
- Support content management across platforms and collaborate with marketing, brand teams, and global stakeholders.
- Manage multiple projects in agile workflows, meet deadlines, and engage with external partners.
Requirements
- Reside in Romania with hybrid work 3 days/week in Bucharest offices.
- Native Romanian with business-level written and verbal English.
- Strong digital design skills (email/web), proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, email authoring tools (Knak/similar).
- Understanding of responsive design, accessibility, usability; experience with CMS/digital platforms.
- Excellent communication, attention to detail, multitasking in fast-paced environment; Microsoft Office proficiency.
