TL;DR

Customer Success Engineer (Kotlin Multiplatform): Supporting organizations throughout their KMP adoption journey from evaluation to production rollout with an accent on migration, integration, scaling shared codebases, and overcoming technical blockers. Focus on providing practical guidance on architecture decisions, facilitating cross-team collaboration, gathering customer feedback, and influencing product roadmap and tooling improvements.

Amsterdam, Netherlands; Berlin, Germany; Munich, Germany; Remote, Germany. Flexible work from home or office. Up to 30 days per year remote from abroad. Relocation support available. Willingness to travel up to 25% of time.

What you will do

  • Engage organizations at various KMP adoption stages in existing projects.
  • Support migration, integration, and scaling of shared codebases to production.
  • Help overcome technical blockers and address adoption challenges.
  • Proactively engage prospective users and provide guidance on feasibility and strategies.
  • Gather structured feedback, insights, and pain points from customers.
  • Collaborate with product and engineering teams to improve KMP roadmap and tooling.

Requirements

  • Strong experience with Kotlin (Android or backend).
  • Solid understanding of mobile architectures across Android and iOS.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to explain complex technical concepts to diverse audiences.
  • Experience leading customer conversations and aligning cross-functional teams.
  • Proactive, empathetic approach to customer needs.
  • Willingness to travel up to 25% of the time.

Nice to have

  • Hands-on experience with Kotlin Multiplatform.
  • Experience migrating or modernizing large-scale codebases.
  • Background in customer success, solutions architecture, or customer-facing roles.
