Associate Finance (1 Year Contract)

TL;DR

Associate Finance (1 Year Contract): Deliver support for finance tasks in P2P, R2R, O2C areas with an accent on vendor/customer management, invoice handling, and user training. Focus on Ariba/Concur support, accounting entries, and process documentation.

What you will do

• Support P2P processes: Ariba user/vendor management, PR creation, invoice handling, user training.
• Handle O2C tasks: Manage customer invoices, emails, monthly discounts.
• Perform R2R activities: Accounting entries.
• Provide Concur support: Expense checks, user training.
• Other admin: Mail handling, filing.

Requirements

• Business level Japanese (read/write) and basic English (read/write).
• Communication skills for customers, vendors, departments.
• Basic accounting knowledge, Excel skills.
• Experience: User training, manual creation, journal booking in SAP or similar.

Nice to have

• Proficiency in SAP or large-scale ERP.
• Experience creating process documentation/user manuals.
• Strong customer-service mindset.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities across finance streams.
