What you will do

• Review Scribe platform architecture, map data flows, and identify AI agent integration opportunities.
• Architect, build, and deploy production enhancements using TypeScript and Node.js.
• Establish AI engineering standards including LLM testing, prompt management, and CI/CD pipelines.
• Transform AI concepts into intuitive features reducing clinician burnout and evaluation times.
• Bridge software engineering, generative AI, and healthcare data for scalable applications.

Requirements

• Must be based in specified U.S. states: AL, AZ, FL, GA, IN, KS, MA, MI, MS, NC, NV, OR, PA, SC, TN, TX, VA.
• Mastery of TypeScript, Node.js, React/Next.js for clean, scalable code.
• Experience integrating LLMs, AI agents, prompt workflows (LangChain, LlamaIndex).
• Deep knowledge of microservices, APIs (REST/GraphQL), event-driven systems.
• Bachelor’s/Master’s in CS or equivalent + 8+ years shipping complex applications.
• Thrive in ambiguity, prototype quickly, communicate AI decisions to stakeholders.
