What you will do

• Lead revenue expansion of existing affiliate sites through long-term SEO strategies, page optimization, and backlink campaigns.
• Launch new affiliate sites end-to-end, from keyword clustering and topic mapping to stakeholder coordination.
• Drive on-page and off-page performance via content audits, SERP feature capture, and link-building with agencies and publishers.
• Identify growth opportunities by researching publishers, sizing markets, and assessing expansion options.
• Manage and develop a team of SEO Content Managers, setting priorities and coaching for growth.

Requirements

• Native German and fluent English (C1+) to operate confidently with stakeholders.
• Substantial on-page and off-page SEO experience with track record of driving organic growth at scale.
• Proven experience managing a team while maintaining high standards.
• Analytical and structured approach to prioritize, communicate, and decide under pressure.
• Comfortable in a fast-paced, flat, startup-style environment.
