TL;DR
Working Student B2C SEO & AI Search (x/f/m) (SEO/AI Search): Supporting B2C healthcare content discoverability, quality, conversion, and AI-supported search initiatives with an accent on content optimization, keyword research, and SEO analytics. Focus on maintaining WordPress content, analyzing the German health market, monitoring performance with Google Search Console and Semrush, and exploring generative-AI-supported SEO work.
Location: Berlin, Germany. Hybrid setup with two office days per week; temporary work from EU countries or the UK is available for up to 10 days per year after six months.
Salary: €15 gross per hour (€16 gross per hour from January 2027).

What you will do
- Support B2C content SEO strategies and maintain patient-focused content in WordPress.
- Optimize copy for search visibility, content quality, and conversion.
- Conduct keyword research and competitor analysis across the German health market.
- Monitor SEO performance and prepare reports using Google Search Console and Semrush.
- Explore generative-AI-supported SEO initiatives and collaborate with B2C Marketing and Patient Content teams.
Requirements
- Currently studying marketing, media, communications, journalism, business administration, or a related field.
- Available to work up to 20 hours per week during the semester for a 12-month placement.
- German at C2 level and English at C1 level.
- Familiarity with a CMS such as WordPress and AI tools such as Claude, Gemini, or ChatGPT.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Nice to have
- Initial experience in SEO or content marketing, including Google Search Console or Keyword Planner.
- Experience with Canva or an interest in translation and generative AI.
- Background in marketing, communications, journalism, editorial work, publishing, or healthcare.
