TL;DR

Location: Must be based in Gothenburg

Salary: 46,667 – 56,667 SEK gross per month

What you will do

  • Lead the technical direction, prioritization, and delivery quality for an assigned software domain.
  • Act as the primary interface between product owners, suppliers, and cross-functional teams.
  • Drive technical decision-making, issue resolution, and lead Change Control Board (CCB) meetings.
  • Ensure end-to-end traceability of software requirements from system level to implementation and validation.
  • Oversee the full software development lifecycle including design, integration, testing, and release.
  • Monitor and report on KPIs related to software quality, delivery, and performance.

Requirements

  • 7–10 years of experience in software engineering within automotive or embedded systems.
  • Strong expertise in AUTOSAR (Adaptive and/or Classic) architectures and standards.
  • Proven experience in technical leadership or coordination roles.
  • Solid understanding of software lifecycle management and requirements management tools.
  • English: Good proficiency (mandatory).
  • Location: Based in Gothenburg.
