TL;DR

Location: Hybrid (Solna, Sweden) - 3–4 days per week on-site

What you will do

  • Lead a software development team of approximately 20 engineers within the Ventilation Program.
  • Act as a Product Owner for one of the Value Creation Teams.
  • Drive organizational change, promoting ownership, accountability, and engagement within the R&D organization.
  • Continuously improve workflows to shorten lead times and ensure high-quality software delivery.
  • Collaborate with other Team Managers on short- and long-term software development strategies.
  • Foster cross-functional cooperation across multiple engineering disciplines and functions throughout the development cycle.

Requirements

  • M.Sc. or B.Sc. in Computer Science, Electronics, Physics, Mechatronics, or a related field.
  • Proven experience leading and developing software R&D teams.
  • Strong expertise in agile methodologies within product development and organizational change.
  • Solid background in software development for R&D projects.
  • Fluency in both Swedish and English.
  • Must be based in or able to work from Solna, Sweden.

Nice to have

  • Experience from the MedTech industry or another regulated sector.
