What you will do

• Lead complex SAP IBP programs and planning transformations from pre-sales through go-live and optimisation
• Act as trusted advisor to senior stakeholders, shaping planning strategy, operating model, and solution roadmap
• Own end-to-end solution architecture across IBP modules including Demand, Supply, Inventory, S&OP, and Response
• Lead workshops to define processes, confirm scope, and align stakeholders
• Oversee delivery quality, governance, RAID management, testing, and cutover readiness
• Mentor consultants and support pre-sales activities including demos, estimates, and proposals

Requirements

• Legal working rights in Australia or New Zealand required
• Multiple SAP IBP projects with end-to-end ownership across complex programs
• Strong consulting leadership in scope, timeline, quality, and stakeholder management
• Deep expertise in IBP modules (Demand, Supply, Inventory, S&OP) and solution architecture
• Experience in integration strategies (e.g., CPI-DS/SDI) and planning maturity uplift
• Excellent communication skills for executive-level influence
