What you will do

• Provide Tier 3 technical support, ensuring rapid identification and resolution of complex system-level issues.
• Collaborate with DevOps and backend developers to resolve code-level bugs within Java and Spring Boot microservices.
• Design, develop, and maintain internal automation tools to optimize operational workflows.
• Build dashboards and monitoring solutions to track system performance and incident trends.
• Document root cause analyses and troubleshooting best practices for the internal knowledge base.
• Support incident management to ensure the 24/7 stability of the trading platform.

Requirements

• 2-10 years of experience in technical support, DevOps, or backend engineering for large-scale systems.
• Proficiency in Java (preferred), Python, or Rust, with experience in Spring Boot and microservices.
• Hands-on experience with Linux, Kubernetes, and CI/CD pipelines.
• Knowledge of MySQL performance tuning and RESTful API troubleshooting.
• Fluent in English and Mandarin for coordination with global stakeholders.
• Must be based in Asia.

Nice to have

• Experience in payment systems, fintech, or Web3 infrastructure.
• Understanding of blockchain fundamentals and interest in DeFi or AI-driven systems.
• Background in Java backend development.
