What you will do

• Educate and train new and existing customers on MSD instrumentation, software, and data analysis.
• Provide scientific support for customers developing custom assays in fields such as oncology, neuroscience, and toxicology.
• Collaborate with account managers to drive instrument and consumable sales within the assigned territory.
• Represent the company at scientific meetings, conferences, and trade shows to provide feedback on market findings.
• Document all customer interactions and activities using Salesforce CRM.
• Monitor competitor technologies and new scientific literature to provide strategic intelligence to the sales team.

Requirements

• Ph.D. in Life Sciences or a related area (Master's or Bachelor's with equivalent experience considered).
• Must be based in Germany or Austria.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in a field application or scientific support position.
• At least 3 years of hands-on experience in a molecular biology, clinical, or biochemistry laboratory.
• Proven expertise in protein biochemistry and immunoassays.
• Ability to travel 30-50% within the designated territory.
