What you will do
- Manage the full audit lifecycle from notification to closure, including defining response strategies and validating CAPAs.
- Perform trend analysis across audit findings to identify recurring risks, control weaknesses, or system-level gaps.
- Monitor patient progress and logistics in real-time using the internal Patient Management System (PMS).
- Prepare and validate monthly, quarterly, and ad hoc reports for internal use and client submissions.
- Collaborate with program teams and external stakeholders to ensure compliance with ethical standards and seamless service delivery.
- Contribute to the design and implementation of SOPs and monitoring tools for effective program governance.
Requirements
- 2-5 years of professional experience in the healthcare sector.
- Excellent command of both spoken and written English.
- Strong communication and networking skills.
- Experience in data monitoring and management.
- Flexibility in ability to travel and working hours is essential.
