TL;DR

IT Solutions Technician (Level 1): Provide first-level technical support to end-users via email, chat, remote tools, and hands-on desk-side assistance with an accent on triaging, troubleshooting, and proactive issue prevention. Focus on ensuring smooth workplace technology, hardware/software deployments, conference room support, asset inventory, and leveraging AI tools for efficient resolutions.

Location: Onsite five days per week at Scottsdale headquarters (AZ, USA)

What you will do

  • Provide first-level support via email, chat, remote tools, and desk-side assistance for workstations, laptops, mobiles, peripherals
  • Triage and troubleshoot issues, escalate when needed, and ensure positive user experience with clear guidance
  • Support conference rooms, meetings, and common apps like Microsoft Office, email, conferencing tools
  • Maintain documentation, collaborate on escalations, process improvements, and project work (Linux, Intune, Jamf, inventory)
  • Handle hardware asset inventory, tagging, scanning, warranty tracking
  • Use AI tools for troubleshooting, scripting, automation, and continuous skill development

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or GED; 1-2 years Level 1 technical support experience
  • Basic knowledge of Windows, Microsoft Office, end-user software
  • Effective communication, customer service skills, proactive mindset
  • Familiarity with remote tools, ticketing systems like Jira
  • Ability to work onsite five days per week in fast-paced environment

Nice to have

  • CompTIA A+, MCDST certifications
  • Mac support, MDM tools (Intune, Jamf)
  • Okta, O365/Exchange/SharePoint/OneDrive admin
  • ScreenConnect or similar remote tools
