What you will do
- Learn to resolve automation and equipment cases via phone, chat, and email, supporting customers and field teams.
- Follow structured learning paths and technical training to build skills in troubleshooting automation issues.
- Participate in remote troubleshooting sessions alongside senior specialists and document solutions.
- Collaborate with field engineers and global competence networks to drive continuous improvement.
- Contribute to initiatives that improve equipment reliability, availability, and performance.
- Develop technical, problem-solving, and communication skills to perform the role independently by the end of the program.
Requirements
- Recent degree in Mechatronics, Automation, Electronics, Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Graduated no earlier than July 2024.
- Professional experience in the field up to one year.
- Foundational knowledge of industrial automation programming (ladder logic, structured text, or function block diagram).
- Interest in automation platforms such as Beckhoff, Siemens, Rockwell, or SCADA systems.
- Strong communication skills and a customer-focused, collaborative attitude.
