Technical Recruiter (Aerospace)

Location: Cape Canaveral, Florida, United States; full-time onsite. Hybrid and remote work are not considered.

What you will do

• Partner with client groups on headcount planning, requisitions, hiring strategy, and interview feedback.
• Source and screen candidates for mission-critical technical and skilled-labor roles.
• Present qualified candidates to hiring teams and participate in interviews as an evaluator.
• Provide candidate tours and coordinate the onsite interview experience.
• Manage offers, background checks, offer negotiations, and offer-letter extensions.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree and at least 1 year of recruiting experience; alternatively, an associate degree and 2+ years of experience, or 3+ years of professional recruiting experience without a degree.
• Experience with full life-cycle recruiting, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and closing.
• Ability to work onsite full-time in Cape Canaveral; hybrid and remote work will not be considered.
• Ability to pass an Air Force background check for Cape Canaveral.
• Must meet U.S. ITAR eligibility requirements or be eligible to obtain the required U.S. Department of State authorizations.
• Availability to work extended hours and weekends as needed.

• Technical, SGA, in-house, or high-volume recruiting experience.
• Experience recruiting electrical, mechanical, and aerospace engineers or skilled labor.
• Experience reviewing recruiting data and creating targeted sourcing campaigns.
• Experience engaging directly with director- and VP-level technical leaders.
• Strong relationship-building, prioritization, multitasking, and independent execution skills.
