TL;DR
Technical Recruiter (Technical Recruiting): Running full-cycle recruiting for mission-critical technical positions with an accent on sourcing passive candidates, screening, and partnering with hiring managers. Focus on managing candidate pipelines, coordinating onsite experiences, and negotiating offers for top engineering and skilled labor talent.
Location: Onsite full-time in Cape Canaveral, FL – hybrid and remote work will not be considered. Must pass Air Force background check and meet ITAR requirements: U.S. citizen, national, lawful permanent resident (green card), refugee, or asylee.

What you will do
- Partner with client groups on headcount, requisitions, hiring strategy, and interview feedback.
- Screen applicants and source passive candidates to build talent pipelines.
- Recommend top candidates for interviews and attend them to evaluate fit.
- Coordinate candidate tours, onsite experiences, and offer processes including negotiations and background checks.
- Manage varying daily priorities from sourcing to closing hires in a fast-paced environment.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree + 1+ years recruiting experience; or associate degree + 2+ years; or 3+ years professional recruiting experience.
- Available to work extended hours and weekends as needed.
- Ability to pass Air Force background check for Cape Canaveral.
- Meet ITAR requirements: U.S. citizen/national, green card holder, refugee, or asylee.
Nice to have
- 2+ years technical recruiting, SGA recruiting, in-house, or high-volume recruiting experience.
- Experience recruiting electrical, mechanical, aerospace engineers, or skilled labor.
- Full life cycle recruiting, data analysis, non-standard sourcing methods like cold calling and networking events.
- Strong relationships with hiring managers, multitasking with autonomy, and talent evaluation expertise.
