Salary: €3,000 - €4,375 gross per month

What you will do

• Run regular QA reviews across internal and outsourced AML/CTF processes, including KYC/CDD/EDD files and sanctions screening.
• Audit case notes and evidence to ensure they are complete, clear, and audit-ready.
• Track defects, trends, and recurring issues to agree on practical fixes with relevant teams.
• Maintain QA sampling plans, scorecards, and procedures aligned with policy changes.
• Support regulatory reviews by producing QA reporting and control evidence.
• Translate QA findings into real-world guidance for AML/CTF training and playbooks.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience within an EU or UK based financial institution in QA, AML/CTF management, or audit.
• Strong knowledge of relevant AML/CTF regulations.
• Proficiency in PEP, sanctions screening concepts, and transaction monitoring models.
• Fluent English.
• Ability to communicate feedback clearly and maintain an independent mindset with good judgment.
