• Coordinate events, exhibitions, and align global proposals.
• Drive the digitalization of proposal work and implement AI tools into daily workflows.
• Automate marketing processes to increase efficiency.
• Provide CRM support and manage information for the Marketing and Sales department.
• Bridge portfolio presentations and offers with the communications department.
• Collaborate with global marketing offices and operating countries worldwide.

Requirements

• Strong analytical skills with a business-focused mindset.
• Passion for integrating AI into professional workflows.
• Must be able to pass a security vetting based on current regulations.
• Must be based at the Gothenburg site in Sweden.
