What you will do

• Register and update service agreements within SAP systems.
• Manage contract changes, including annual price index updates.
• Maintain high data quality and accuracy for service contracts in business systems.
• Collaborate with Service Managers regarding new and updated customer agreements.
• Provide current contract information to the internal service coordination team.

Requirements

• Previous experience in a coordinating role within service, backoffice, or customer support.
• Proven experience working in SAP (mandatory).
• Fluency in Swedish and English, both written and spoken.
• Experience handling multiple stakeholders and customer contacts in parallel.
• Strong system skills and the ability to quickly adapt to new digital tools.
