Location: Hybrid in Vilnius or Kaunas, Lithuania (2 days in office recommended but not enforced)

Salary: €4,817 - €6,517 gross per month

What you will do

• Own and improve GCP data platform infrastructure for ingestion, orchestration, and storage
• Manage, standardize, and evolve shared cloud infrastructure
• Build and maintain reliable data ingestion and orchestration components
• Design and optimize jobs and workflows supporting the data platform
• Improve automation, scalability, observability, and data integrity
• Work with ML Ops, analytical engineers, data scientists, and stakeholders to define reusable patterns and best practices
• Participate in on-call rotations for operational excellence

Requirements

• Strong experience building and operating data platform infrastructure
• Solid hands-on experience with Terraform and cloud infrastructure management
• Experience working across teams and supporting multiple technical stakeholders
• Strong programming skills in Python, Scala, or Java
• Experience with Airflow, Spark, BigQuery, and containerized environments like Docker and Kubernetes
• Comfortable owning technical solutions and improving shared platform capabilities
• Strong written and verbal technical communication skills
