What you will do

• Create motion content for social media, ads, landing pages, and brand communications by combining photos, video, graphics, and typography into engaging stories
• Design responsive web pages, digital interfaces, UI mockups, wireframes, banners, infographics, and email templates aligned with brand identity
• Collaborate with designers, copywriters, marketers, developers, and producers on brainstorming, concepts, and implementation
• Build and maintain templates, design systems, and reusable motion elements while ensuring accessibility and optimization across devices
• Conduct basic UX research, apply usability practices, and work with developers for accurate design handoff
• Meet deadlines while maintaining high-quality, user-focused deliverables

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in motion design, graphic design, or digital creative production
• Clear communication skills in English
• Strong understanding of animation principles and visual storytelling
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (After Effects, Premiere Pro, Photoshop, Illustrator) and Figma
• Experience designing for social media, ad campaigns (Meta, LinkedIn), and web platforms
• Solid UX/UI principles, responsive design, user-centered practices, vector graphics, and layout design
• Ability to create motion and static assets, collaborate cross-functionally, and manage multiple projects independently
• Familiarity with performance metrics (CTR, CPA, retention) and design impact on engagement

Nice to have

• Experience with 3D tools such as Cinema 4D or Blender
