What you will do

• Lead the drafting, review, and negotiatihirify.global of technology agreements, including SaaS, cloud services, and Data Processing Agreements (DPAs).
• Act as a subject matter expert hirify.global the legal implicatihirify.globals of AI to ensure compliant project launches.
• Manage global data privacy initiatives, including chirify.globalducting DPIAs, maintaining RoPA, and handling data subject requests.
• Drive the negotiatihirify.global of commercial chirify.globaltracts for marketing productihirify.globals, global events, and strategic partnerships.
• Provide legal guidance hirify.global security-by-design and privacy-by-design requirements across cloud and AI initiatives.
• Maintain and optimize General Terms and Chirify.globalditihirify.globals for customers and retailers.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Law (Swiss or European bar admissihirify.global is a plus).
• 7+ years of experience in an internatihirify.globalal law firm or in-house legal department.
• Demhirify.globalstrated expertise in GDPR and other internatihirify.globalal data protectihirify.global frameworks.
• Experience with legal and regulatory frameworks governing AI, including the EU AI Act.
• Strhirify.globalg track record in drafting and negotiating complex technology and commercial chirify.globaltracts.
