TL;DR

Senior Customer Identity and Access Management Engineer (Ping Identity): Lead management and administration of the full Ping Identity suite for CIAM solutions with an accent on authentication protocols, security configurations, and infrastructure operations. Focus on architecting IdP/SP adapters, deploying OAuth/OIDC/SAML, configuring MFA, and ensuring high availability and disaster recovery.

Location: Hybrid or home-based in Ireland (Dublin 2, IE).

What you will do

  • Lead management of Ping Identity suite including Ping Federate, Access, Directory, Data Proxy, Sync, and Authorize.
  • Architect Ping components like adapters, selectors, authentication policies; deploy OAuth, OIDC, SAML protocols.
  • Configure MFA, manage digital certificates lifecycle, and develop Java/TypeScript code for integrations.
  • Operate in AWS cloud, manage containers, perform JVM tuning, and ensure high availability/disaster recovery.
  • Contribute to DevOps CI/CD pipelines, analyze logs, and collaborate in Agile environment.
  • Mentor juniors, communicate with teams/customers, and take ownership of complex issues.

Requirements

  • 5+ years hands-on with Ping Identity suite.
  • Deep IAM knowledge for enterprise/customer apps; strong Java/TypeScript coding.
  • In-depth OAuth, OIDC, SAML; SCIM knowledge; API config/deployment.
  • Strong Linux experience; excellent problem-solving/communication.

Nice to have

  • AWS cloud infrastructure; Docker/Kubernetes containers.
  • Load testing, JVM tuning, security reports handling.
  • GDPR/CCPA data privacy; DevOps/Agile experience.
