What you will do

• Provide day-to-day technical support to client end-users for SAP and IT issues, ensuring stable system operations
• Troubleshoot and resolve incidents in SAP environments, infrastructure, software, and connectivity, documenting solutions
• Assist mid-size to large project teams with technical tasks under guidance for timely delivery
• Develop and apply knowledge of databases (Oracle, DB2, Microsoft) and OS (Linux/Unix/Windows)
• Contribute to SAP documentation, standards, and best practices to improve efficiency
• Participate in on-call rotations and knowledge sharing towards SAP certifications

Requirements

• Fluent/professional Polish (written and verbal); communicative English
• Valid visa for Poland
• Familiarity with SAP landscapes across OS (Unix/Linux/Windows) and databases (Oracle, DB2, SQL Server, MaxDB)
• Hands-on experience with SAP system monitoring, performance tuning, and troubleshooting
• Foundational knowledge of SAP HANA, Basis, authentication, system operations (copies, user/transport management, jobs, printers)
• Understanding of ITIL, project delivery; strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Good communication and collaboration in teams
