What you will do

• Define and implement documentation strategy, architecture, and governance.
• Build scalable frameworks to support multiple AI solutions and establish cross-functional processes.
• Create client-facing materials including technical docs, integration guides, playbooks, and release notes.
• Write product microcopy, in-platform guidance, and visual assets like diagrams.
• Design AI-assisted workflows and ensure docs stay accurate and versioned with product releases.
• Manage multiple documentation initiatives in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements

• Native or native-level English fluency (written and verbal) required.
• 3+ years in technical writing or developer/solutions documentation in SaaS/enterprise.
• Experience building or shaping a documentation function.
• Strong understanding of APIs, integrations, system architecture, and enterprise software.
• Experience with AI tools for documentation workflows.
• Ability to manage projects, priorities, and operate independently with exceptional writing skills.

Nice to have

• Experience in AI/ML platforms.
• Background in engineering, CS, or solutions architecture.
• Work with modular platforms or tools like Confluence, Notion, documentation-as-code.
• Familiarity with Figma.
