What you will do

• Develop scalable Unity-based web MMO architecture for tens of thousands of participants in conferences and events.
• Implement real-time interactions, multiplayer features, and secure training modules.
• Ensure reliability, error handling, and performance on low-end devices using WebGL.
• Establish strong standards for system design in production environments.
• Build designer app for creating MeetEvents with simple games like trivia and collaborative tasks.

Requirements

• European-based ONLY
• 5+ years of Unity experience (C#)
• 3+ years in a big R&D organization
• Experience as a Tech Lead
• Worked on a product in production environment
• Great English communication skills
