What you will do

• Analyze systems to identify risks and define comprehensive test strategies and plans.
• Design, develop, and maintain test scripts, test data, and test environments.
• Execute testing activities and manage the full lifecycle of defects and improvements.
• Define and promote testing standards to enhance quality and efficiency across projects.
• Evaluate and implement automation tools to convert manual test cases into scalable automated scripts.
• Produce and maintain high-quality technical documentation for quality management processes.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree and 6 years of experience in software testing/QA.
• Strong proficiency in web technologies and Microsoft applications/environments.
• Proven experience in designing and executing testing strategies across multiple domains.
• Expertise in integration testing, automation frameworks, and risk management procedures.
• Ability to work autonomously and collaborate effectively within cross-functional teams.
• Strong analytical skills with a commitment to technical documentation and quality excellence.
