What you will do

• Conduct regulatory analysis of products, services, and activities across jurisdictions including EU and APAC.
• Assess licensing requirements and regulatory obligations for market entry and operations.
• Interpret financial services regulations governing asset servicing, custody, and fund administration.
• Design and implement control frameworks to mitigate regulatory risks.
• Develop regulatory risk assessments, controls matrices, and compliance frameworks.
• Provide guidance to product and business teams during development and support regulatory applications.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Law, Finance, Economics, or related field (advanced degree or legal qualification preferred).
• Significant experience in regulatory compliance or legal function in financial services, focusing on asset servicing (custody, fund administration).
• Deep knowledge of EU regulations (UCITS, AIFMD, MiFID II, CSDR, EMIR) and global regimes.
• Experience across multiple jurisdictions and cross-border distribution frameworks.
• Proficiency in interpreting complex regulations and designing control frameworks.
• Strong risk assessment skills and ability to manage multiple projects.
