We’re looking for a Business Development Manager to drive client acquisition and grow partnerships within the iGaming industry. This role combines commercial ownership with close involvement in recruitment delivery — ideal for someone who understands both sales and hiring processes 🚀
🌍 Location: Cyprus
🎰 Industry: iGaming / Recruitment / Consulting
➡️ Responsibilities:
- Drive new client acquisition and close business opportunities in iGaming
- Build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers
- Present and sell recruitment & consulting services tailored to client needs
- Develop and execute sales strategies to meet and exceed targets
- Conduct market research to identify trends and new opportunities
- Collaborate closely with the recruitment team for smooth delivery
- Optionally participate in recruitment processes (screening, coordination, client comms)
➡️ Requirements:
- 2+ years of B2B experience in iGaming (sales / BD / recruitment / consulting)
- Strong understanding of the iGaming market and ecosystem
- Existing professional network within the industry
- Strong negotiation and communication skills
- English — professional proficiency
- Experience in recruitment agencies or selling HR services is a strong plus
- Experience combining BD + recruitment is a big advantage
