Location: Based in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam (hybrid setup with 12 days WFH per year)

What you will do
- Drive the product strategy for Music Apps, translating market insights into clear product bets and success metrics.
- Co-lead the 1–3 year roadmap, balancing short-term wins with long-term strategic investments.
- Own business performance metrics, including revenue, ARPDAU, subscriptions, and LTV/CAC.
- Manage and mentor a team of Product Owners and cross-functional squads to ensure high-quality execution.
- Prioritize initiatives across squads to maximize business impact and resource allocation.
Requirements
- 3-5+ years of PM experience with B2C consumer mobile apps in entertainment, lifestyle, or content sectors.
- Proven track record of scaling mobile apps for global markets across various regions and segments.
- Strong expertise in product discovery, problem framing, and translating ideas into clear requirements.
- Deep understanding of mobile growth metrics such as retention, funnels, cohorts, and monetization.
- Experience collaborating with Engineering, Design, Data, and Marketing in Agile environments.
- Professional working proficiency in English (written and spoken).
Nice to have
- Experience in music-tech, gaming, or other live-service products.
- Familiarity with iOS/Android in-app purchases and subscription models.
- Experience conducting A/B tests and growth experiments in consumer apps.
- Strong interest or background in music (playing instruments, producing, or DJing).
