What you will do

  • Define and execute a 12-24 month product roadmap approved by the CEO.
  • Lead the end-to-end production process from prototype to global launch and live operations.
  • Generate and validate product concepts to drive revenue and player engagement.
  • Build and manage a high-performing app team and production pipeline.
  • Optimize key metrics including MAU/DAU, retention, and ARPDAU.
  • Coordinate between Product, Engineering, Music, Data, and Marketing teams.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of experience in product management or leadership for mobile apps.
  • Proven track record of taking at least one app from concept to global launch.
  • Strong expertise in product ideation, concept validation, and roadmap execution.
  • Deep understanding of mobile metrics (LTV/CAC, ARPDAU) and P&L goals.
  • Familiarity with IAP, subscription models, and iOS/Android platform best practices.
  • Experience leading cross-functional teams and managing production pipelines.

Nice to have

  • Experience in fast-scaling mobile gaming or music-tech companies.
  • Direct involvement in app P&L management and UA budget collaboration.
  • Experience building a product function from scratch (hiring, processes).
